Taking a personalized approach to styling the Choice Menu trays (one for each hors d'oeuvre, a minimum of 6 for a party), each one is designed specifically for a particular cocktail party in mind with a wide assortment of unique serving dishes sourced from The Prop Workshop in midtown Manhattan to complement each canape. Party hosts also have a choice in how platters are styled: the basic "greenery & foliage food presentation package" (recommended for most events) or "colors or flowers package" (suggested for parties with a theme or color motif).
