The Premium Menu is tailored to the innovative host looking to plan a defining and completely original event - a big celebration or a special upscale cocktail party (10 guest minimum) - with unique passed hors d’oeuvres and impeccable service. It's truly designed for those with a specific creative vision in mind of a perfectly orchestrated cocktail party that honors the occasion with beautiful, but subtle, nuances. To make this vision come to life, every possible detail is customized, down to the cocktail napkins that match your event's color palette and/or hors d’oeuvres using premium ingredients that coordinate with your theme. A mixologist can create a specialty cocktail that’s equally complementary with a bar sign on display. Lastly, a walk-through of the party venue determines the aesthetic of the hors d’oeuvre trays, whether the look is rustic, minimalist or splashy. No two parties are ever alike, so a "snowflake approach" for styling each set of Premium Menu platters is aptly applied. The styling craft of tastefully designing the trays transforms each one into eye catching works of art that immediately draw guests' attention to the presentation, and then most importantly, the hors d'oeuvre.
Food-wise, hosts can create their own personalized menu by mixing and matching from the theme selections below. "Signature" hors d'oeuvres include such items as beet bombes and braised short ribs that have been a part of The Cocktail Party Chef repertoire since its launch in 2013. People usually gravitate to a couple of choices from "Cocktail party favorites" and/or "Comfort Foods" as they are bound to be popular with their guests: Kobe beef sliders, mini cubanos, tarte flambees, twice-baked potatoes. A new addition to the Premium Menu are "New Classics": familiar sounding canapés with a slight twist that don't push the envelope of the cocktail party comfort zone too far. Pastrami smoked salmon, Hawaiian poke tuna, baked ham on mini biscuits.
